Can physiotherapy treat arthritis?

Physiotherapy helps control symptoms of arthritis such as pain, joint stiffness, and decreased mobility through exercise and manual treatments.

Can TMJ issues cause headaches?

TMJ (temporomandibular joint / jaw) issues can be linked to headaches, neck pain, or dizziness. Treatment in physiotherapy involves addressing the mobility of the TMJ and of the neck and upper back spine as well as the jaw and neck muscles.

Can physiotherapy treat vertigo and dizziness?

Physiotherapy can treat certain types of vertigo and dizziness caused by inner ear problems (BPPV) or by neck tension and stiffness (cervicogenic dizziness). For more information, click here.
